These terms govern your use of Wild Hive (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. If you obtained the Game through Steam, your use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
Ownership
The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, and other content, is owned by the Wild Hive developers and protected by copyright. Purchasing the Game gives you a license to play it, not ownership of the Game or its content.
Acceptable use
- Don't redistribute, resell, or rent the Game.
- Don't remove or circumvent technical protections provided by the storefront you bought it from.
- Streaming, videos, and screenshots of the Game are welcome — monetized or not.
Updates
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. Updates may be delivered automatically through your storefront.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the storefront where you purchased the Game (for example, Steam's refund policy).
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
